Too often, nonprofits, educational institutions, and community organizations are focused on serving people while lacking the time, capacity, or resources to engage effectively in public policy and government relations. Yet many of the challenges they work to solve, including housing insecurity, food insecurity, educational access, economic opportunity, and social justice, are shaped by policy decisions.

After years of advocacy, legislative engagement, and community leadership, founder MJ Mencias recognized a growing need for mission-driven organizations to have trusted guidance in navigating government systems and building meaningful relationships with decision-makers.
